FENICO is an investment casting company (lost wax) casting a wide range of alloys. Sizes range from ounces to approximately 200 pounds. FENICO is a job type shop helping customers of diverse size and product needs. We take pride in our close communication with our customers, to understand their requirements so that delivery and quality standards can be supported. FENICO casts most all ferrous and non-ferrous alloys. Ferrous and bronze alloys are cast from three air melt induction furnaces with 50-400 pound melt capacities. Aluminum is cast from a 300-pound electric furnace.

FENICO has state of the art CAD service using Solid Works 2016, and is capable of casting from SLA patterns. Testing such as chemical, physical and NDT can be provided as well as heat treat. Standard delivery time is usually 4-6 weeks, but in urgent situations we can often identify strategies to accelerate activities to meet our customers needs. Production cycle time consists of wax injection, wax assembly, ceramic mold making, de-waxing, pouring, finishing and shipping. Proper paper work with detailed processing instructions for each department follows the job through the shop to insure all requirements are met. FENICO’S in house tool shop provides a competitive advantage allowing FENICO to produce tooling resulting in greater control over schedules, while providing competitive tooling prices.
